Illegal debit

I am very impressed that after i reported to Sage Pay that I was not impressed with their reply on 29/04/2015 ,I received a telephone call from Sage pay {Claire] assuring me that they had taken note of my complaint and Had requested the debit order proof , from Liara Investments. I was also sent Emails same day detailing what the debit order was for and the copy of email sent to Liara investments. I wait further communications with regards to their findings.

illegal debit order

Today i was debited without my permission[ i allege illegally] by Sage on behalf of Liara investments for R299. I have no knowdlege of both these companies and did not enter into any agreement telephonically or written with any of them. i have not made my personal details available to any of them either. How did they get my personal information? I want to place on record that I am not a client of Sage or Kiara investments and never being their client before , but i have under questionable circumstances found that i am now a client of Sage and that is the dispute.
