INTERCITY AUTO REMOVERS EXCELLENT SERVICE
SUPERB Excellent SERVICE I delivered my car at the INTERCITY DEPOT IN KEMPTON PARK on Friday 20/3/2026 they took it, arrived in Capetown at their Depot on Monday 23/3/2026 and delivered at 9am in perfect order at my door the same day this was an EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE FROM INTERCITY AUTO REMOVERS - THANK YOU CHARLENE AND THE TEAM AT INTERCITY AUTO REMOVERS !!! 🚗❤️🚗❤️🚗🙋♂️

0 star. Bad service. *******.
Last year, I moved my car from Capetown to Durban. The guy who was doing the inspection took pictures of everything in the car. It took two weeks for my car to get to amazimtoti depot. Because I couldn't collect it myself, I asked my sister to collect for me. When she got there, she was told to wait outside, they will bring the car to her.the car didn't want to start. They jump started and they told her to drive straight home. No inspection was done. Eventually when I went to fetch it from my sister's place, that is when I realized that it wast not the original battery. It was swapped. My amplifier was gone. My sub was gone. When I called, at 1st the lady( I forgot her name) wanted to deny that I had all these thing but fortunately, the that did the information in Capetown wrote everything down. She then told me that they will investigate. That was last year 2025 November. I am still waiting 😔.

Terrible service from the coordinator
Terrible service from Intercity Movers. They collected my car in Joburg for a move to Durban, promising early morning delivery on Monday. I got radio silence and rudeness instead. Michael's condescending attitude and lack of apology when I call to inquire about my car was the cherry on top. Would not recommend.

Vehicle long distance transport
Outstanding service from all its staff. They go out of the way to ensure that your needs are taken care of. Available on different media /comms to liste to you. Intercity Auto movers provides exceptional service at all points , my car was transported from JHB To Durban quickly and without any issues. Communication at all times .Great price with high standard of service by all its staff. I will not hesitte to use this company again and will recommend them to anyone needing any vehicle transported long distances safely and trusted.

Efficient service
Transportation of my bakkie from Polokwane to Durban was graceful and stress-free. I booked the collection with Charlene - she forwarded me the necessary documentation to fill in and handed over to Thabang. Both were polite, professional and answered all my questions - it was my first time with Intercity Auto Movers, so as you can imagine, I had plenty questions. Thank you both - you took away much of my panic. Bakkie was collected on scheduled date and was was delivered (as per my 11th hour request, lol) before scheduled delivery date. I will definitely use Intercity Auto Movers for my future collections and/or deliveries. Well done to the entire team :-)
