Good provider, but keeps nagging me about 'pay your bill early'
Connectivity and pricing are excellent. However, I keep receiving these nagging messages 'you can pay your monthly bill early'. I have no desire to do this and there is no way to switch these annoying messages off.1 reply

Quality car service, professional and accurate communication
I took my Lexus for a service here for the first time. The service advisor Mrs Hepworth is very knowledgeable and helpful. The car service was done professionally and with a quality I would expect when I think of the Lexus brand. The communication was timely and accurate. Recommend!0 replies

Very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff
There is lots of room in the aisles, beautiful kitchen fixtures, big assortment of items in each category. I enjoy shopping here. While checking out I did not know if I had a membership card. It appeared I did, and the staff member was very helpful to give a refund on an item that was cheaper because of it. I am very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff!1 reply

First visit is very promising, I will return
I never visited LM before, and I was pleasantly surprised. How did I miss this home / hardware store? They have a wide selection of items and competitive prices. The Little Falls store is spacious and the staff is helpful. I enjoyed this first time visit, and will definitely return!1 reply

The second time I am less impressed with their service
The second time I am less impressed with their service. I discovered that an important condition (the presence of a thatched lapa) was not mentioned on the policy after I had discussed it with the agent, Katlego, who assured me it was on the policy but not a problem. When I found out and called King Price, they told me that the house cannot be insured when a lapa is less than 5 metres from the house. I had to cancel my policy because KP cannot insure my house. That was a big disappointment. This is a serious mistake on the part of the agent, and if I had not checked the policy, I would have believed his assurance but I would not have been covered.1 reply
