Intentionally unorganised to prejudice their victims
I have been paying an amount by arrangement and suddenly am informed about summons. The company will not reply to emails nothing is in writing. They are unorganised and systems are unreliable.They phone at 7 in the morning which is *******.i cannot phone out where i live. What can i do to.protect myself from these hyenas1 reply

Brooks and Luyt - *********, unorganised, abusive, inefficient, with poor communication
This agency on behalf of Standard Bank is completely abusive in its approach to arranging debt payments. Calls from as early as 6.30am including Saturdays, up to 20 calls a day all with different numbers. If you reply it is silent. Messages are silent. They do not respond to emails EVER. Their agents have no history of previous arrangements and set out to abuse you. I have submitted documents, I have comp**** and every time I get a new person who is clueless. I am at a loss as to what I can do beyond what I have already done. Do I contact Standard Bank directly perhaps and get away from this evil and abusive, and parasitic, enterprise?1 reply
