They **** about the debit mandate and now i have no money to feed my family
FNB is very bad with OBE. They say they escalate your problem everytime you call. How many times much it be escalated before it is resolved. Are they going to explain to our staff why they are not going to be payed this month and our suppliers will not be payed either?!?!?!?
Placed an order 1 June 2020. Today 13 July 2020 I have still not received my order even although on Makro's site it shows delivered. The nature of the order was alcohol, now with the restrictions they won't deliver even although order was placed in June. Delivery time was up to 14 days. Phoned in, got a reference number, still nothing. Phoned again today, was on the phone for nearly hour, call went quiet after I asked to speak to supervisor. Makro's service is worse than pathetic. I WANT MY ORDER!!!!
Our previous ISP was Wifi and this connection was not stable at all. Our company and our services is 95% internet based so we require a very stable internet connection. It was sold to us that the service is stable and will not be affected by outside/external sources. Friday I switched my office over to Fibre and since then I have had problems every day! Call Centres are useless as you get a different story everytime. Vodacom - you are breaching your contract and you expect us to uphold our side. If the connection is not stabilised be the end of today, we will be taking further steps and contacting our lawyers. We cannot lose money because of an ISP that sells false promises.
<p>Tuesday night I discovered our company website was down and I logged a support ticket. Just after 11 I got the first response, which was utter rubbish. Wednesday morning I responded to the rediculous response and got another rubbish response. Finally phoned Webafrica on Wednesday morning to get the right response but that what was said never happened. I called again on Wednesday, spoke to another person which logged a ticket for the same thing but this did not happen again! Again I responded to the ticket. Thursday morning I checked again and our company website was still down and not response on my last response. Just mailed them again on Thursday morning. Wonder if I will get a response this time?</p> <p> </p> <p>Our previous host was JCW Hosting that sold to Webafrica. That was the worst decision that they could have made. We had no choice in the matter. Now I have endless problems! </p> <p> </p> <p>Cheeky or cute websites and advertising mean nothing if you have no idea of what service is!</p>
For a week now my clients have been battling to deliver emails to Afrihost clients. We have been trying everything to sort this out but Afrihost just laughs it off or ignores us!<br> <br> We have a simple solution to their problem which is causing causing but yet they will not listen!<br> <br> will they listen now that I have to go this route to see if I will get an answer now? Can Afrihost please contact me.
