This company has had my shoto battery for months to try and honour my warranty. Does not answer emails at all with regard to a normal enquiry as to what is happening with my battery.
Quick quote and cheaper than current insurer. Also very helpful and friendly staff
Paul sold some small items to me and delivered . When it comes to ordering bulk, (special on his website) then the trouble starts. He has promised delivery and refund to no avail. 3 months. He doesn’t know the business I’m in, but he will find out soon.
Natureal has very fast service and delivery. They keep you updated and you get a call after delivery if anything needs to be explained.
No existing customer service, as queries are only replied to by auto response e-mail server. I received a delivery of part of my order on 1 June and since then no info or feedback with regard to my order.
I booked airport parking as follows:<br> Your order reference is K1077.<br> Parking Product Pre-Booked Parking (Lower Basement)<br> Start date Fri, 11 December 2015 - 12:00<br> End date Sun, 13 December 2015 - 16:30<br> Payment was taken from my card for the booking. <br> I entered and exited at the correct times with my card as instructed.<br> When I exited my card got deducted with a further R 386.00<br> I queried this by mail, but ACSA does not deem it important to answer me.
