12-panel solar system with a battery storage unit installed over two days. The team handled the DNO application, roof structural check, and inverter setup without me lifting a finger. Real-time monitoring shows we're generating 80% of our electricity.

I have a maintenance contract which I have signed 08/2011. The contract states that a representative will service the geyser every 12 months. I can count the number of times they have been at my house, off my one hand. That's after I have called them each time enquiring "What the debit order was actually for ?". It is a mission getting hold of them. SOLARTECH, If I want to make donations, I will look for a deserving CHARITY ! I will be canceling the debit order. No more R114 p/m donations!

You will search far and wide to receive such great service and expertise in these turbulent times when everyone wants to make a quick buck. And trust me, I have gone the wrong route before I met them. Hats off to this team, excellent service with a smile, fixes everything first time without long stories and extra hidden costs. Their word and workmanship is their pride - and not breaking the bank. A real shout-out to Steven and the team! I will recommend them to anyone. Five stars. And not the first time I have used them, I will always use them.

In January 2014, I decided to have a solar geyser installed. Did some research and came across a company (reputable and an Eskom approved installer) that claimed that their geysers were among the best on the market and that the geysers are German made and imported from that country. Had it installed at a cost of R29000. Since then I have had endless problems with this make of geyser at times 4/5/6 times a year due to leaking valves - (vacuum and relief valves). The geyser was even replaced in 2017 because of these inferior components. If ever anybody wants to install a solar geyser, please stay away from a Solartech or Solsquare geyser.....STAY AWAY......STAY AWAY. You'll be 100 times better off going for a locally made geyser......I promise you....My geyser is leaking now as I am writing this complaint and I am considering removing it and going back to my electric geyser. Unfortunately Hellopeter does not allow you to select zero for a rating.
