I have never signed up for or used any of their products but every week they spam me with SMSes to take up loans. I tried opting out numerous times but they don't honour it and continue spamming me with unsolicited marketing.
Car was fitted with a Sanji ZX120 alarm and it has caused endless problems after the warranty ended and the shop that installed it closed down. They don't provide any wiring diagrams even though you are the owner of the alarm system - they want you to go to their "dealers" again. Absolute waste of money.
I bought a 6x1L pack of Parmalat Easygest full cream milk and all 6 cartons were off despite having a best before date of March 2024.
They call me every single day trying to sell their products even though I make it clear I'm not interested. They always call from different numbers so it's near impossible to block them completely. I do not recommend them to anyone based on this spammy marketing.
I had been searching for a specific component that was only available at a certain distributor. I put out a request on a few public forums and Rockin IT offered to source the part for me at an exceptional price. They went above and beyond to help me get the part I needed, even though it wasn't something they typically carried in their inventory. I am so grateful for their help, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for your exceptional service!
I have been waiting for a month for Skynet to refund me money owed due to them incorrectly measuring the dimensions of a package I sent. I have been in contact with Eileen Burgoyne and Sabelo Khambule but they have been using delay tactics in the hopes that I'll just go away. They take days to respond and you have to constantly beg them for updates. When they do respond, there's no ownership or accountability and you are instead given excuses. It makes one wonder if they are overworked or should be put on a performance improvement plan. The difference to be refunded is not a large sum however it affects what I charge my customers for delivery and what they did is basically theft. I don't think I'll get my money back from them so I hope that from this review I can save others the hassle from dealing with this company and potentially being robbed.
I've been on FNB Premier for around 2 years now and used the "Premier Banker" feature via Secure Chat for the first time this month for 2 very basic queries. On both occasions the "Premier Banker" was absolutely useless and I really do not see the point of this product or paying extra for it. The Premier Banker doesn't do anything to assist you with your query other than pointing you to another department. The Premier Banker is marketed on the FNB website to: 1. Provide access to a team of product specialists 2. Assist you with your banking queries Yet all they do is give you contact details of another department - details you can get via Google yourself or by browsing the FNB website. They make no effort in resolving your query or opening a ticket with the relevant department on your behalf. It truly is a pointless product.
Unfortunately, they were appointed by Momentum to replace my geyser and I couldn't change it. They wasted 2 days of my time by not sticking to the appointments they made (I had to take time off work waiting for them for nothing). Their workmanship is shoddy and their staff are disgusting. Their workers spat all over my yard and in the ceiling and did not leave the work area in a better state than they found it. It took 5 days for my geyser to be replaced! Do NOT use this company for any work to be done and do NOT use Momentum insurance. They partner with the worst 3rd party providers.
Took 2 flights with Mango recently and I won't be flying with them ever again. Their staff are extremely petty and inconsiderate. On my first flight, my luggage was 12KG under the allowed limit, on my return flight I was a mere 1KG over the checked in luggage limit and I had had no hand luggage yet the individual at the baggage drop insisted I take out an item from my bag and carry it as hand luggage - literally fighting over 1KG. Whether I carried it in my hand or in checked luggage it was still going on the plane but this person did not seem to possess any common sense. Furthermore, both flights I had taken were delayed. The first flight by 30 minutes and the second by 60 minutes. The least they could have done is just let me check that extra kilo in!
I bought a few vouchers from the eBucks store that did not work when I tried to redeem them. I logged the issue with the eBucks department 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to be resolved. They keep saying the matter has been "escalated" but don't provide any feedback. Sent follow up e-mails this past week but they just ignored it. EC: 52ad3e29 This is totally unacceptable especially since I pay extra to have one of the more "premium" accounts that boasts better service.
