I am done with trying to get my issue resolved. Terrible gaming site. Terrible service
I have adjusted my rating to 1 star. It has been a month of emailing. I closed my account, there is money in the account, and I want my money back. I have provided every single thing they have asked for, and just tonight I received an email for something I have already provided. What I am confused about is this - every email they ask to submit a document so they can process my payment, they only require one document, I then diligently provide the info - the next email then asks for something else, I then diligently and politely provide it - this goes on and on and on. It is never resolved. Then when I have provided everything they ask for, they start again with documents I have provided. Their customer service, as you can see by the reviews, is absolutely awful. I am now giving up. I will cut my losses and be done with this site. I closed my account because I never won at all and now this...I recommend you do not use this site. There are so many others that are so efficient. Issues are resolved immediately and you don't have to wait close to an hour for online service.

Shocking service- will mot give me my money back
To say how frustrated and disappointed I am with Sunbet is an understatement. I opted to deactivate my account as nothing was paying and I was losing too much money. I was not aware of the settings for responsible gaming so I just had my account deactivated. However, there is still money in my Su bet account which I would like back. Im not interested in deactivating my account as the option I chose does not allow me to, all I want is my money. I jave spent weeks emailing them. Everytime I get a response I am asked to send some document - i have sent ID, proof of address, bank confirmation, proof of deposit - some of those more than once. Still nothing. I then took a deep breath and decided to wait the long wait to chat to an online consultant - that was fruitless as well, I was promised my issue would be escalated but it's now been 2 weeks. I think I started emailing them about 6-7 weeks ago. Do they not read the bad reviews on this site? Do they not care? I then thought all was fine as I received an email telling me my account was deactivated- I was so happy as I could then go into my account to withdraw the money, but when I went to login in I was denied. Come on Sunbet. I feel like everytime I send yet another email requesting my money a new person reads it and the issue goes back to the beginning. I have been so very patient, polite and obliging...they unfortunately have been unhelpful, clueless and dismissive. I am about to give up which is what they want.

So far so good...just waiting for withdrawals
I am starting off with 4 stars. So far so good. I really enjoy the variety of games and I win enough to keep me enjoying the experience. I have a few withdrawals pending, so I am hoping that i am paid out within the week...watch this space...I am hoping that they are legit as i can highly recommend this site. It's easy to use, my documents were verified within a day and I have won a little money that will be awesome for Christmas. But, as I said, I am still waiting to see if my withdrawals come through. I hope i do not have to come back with a bad review. Thank you Wanejo, I do enjoy playing one your site...especially 5 lions

Rigged slots
I agree with the review that states that all games are rigged, you never win. I lost money on the slots and then tried to get it back, or at least some of it back, but the more money I put in the quicker I lost it. The more I played the more the slots literally dried up, not one win in a succession of spins. stay away...I played slots I usually play on other sites and never are they this useless. I guess it's always a losing game. I do believe, if it's possible, that these slots are rigged. they just did not seem to play like I am used to .

No joy
They have the games I love to play. Sadly, you lose spin after spin. I asked for account to be deactivated. Was looking forward to being a regular but if you just keep depositing without any joy, what's the point. Slots are tight. Don't go chasing losses you'll just lose more.

Outstanding customer service and easy withdrawal
Like all online casinos you win some you lose some, but I have to commend this online casino on their absolutely outstanding customer service and support. Whenever i have sent a query it is answered and sorted within minutes. I do not activate bonuses as I do not like play throughs but all my withdrawals have been successful without any issue. Thank you for a great experience and commendable service.

The more you play the more you lose
I cannot believe that the more you play the more you lose. I am no stranger to online gambling, but this site is the worst. How to keep customers - dry up your game after a while and basically take the money that keeps being deposited without so much as a small win. Out of all the sites I play on this has to be the worst. I deactivated my account. They need to allow some wins to keep customers coming back. Do they not realise that when someone decides to join a site - especially an online gambling site - that they first read reviews. The reviews here are not good - there is nothing positive. Do not bother signing up. This is a warning.

lost too much money without any wins and games glitch
Initially I loved this site, the games paid regularly, but just like other sites the games are tight for a while, you can lose thousands before you win. I have put in thousands and literally have won nothing. It doesn't matter what game is played the more you deposit the more you lose. I will be asking for my account to be deactivated; I cannot afford to lose any more. it is a pity; I was a regular client for weeks. i initially gave them a good review, their customer service is very good, but the past few days the games have been glitching, It is not the wifi connection. numerous times there is an error and I have to log out of the game and log back in. It is terribly frustrating. So between the great loss of funds and the games that glitch constantly, Playabets has not got my approval.

Playabets is a great site.
This online casino is just like all the others. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but I have to say that the customer service is top notch, they have responded to my queries quickly and efficiently. The withdrawal options are also quick and easy. Just remember- winners know when to stop. Thank you Playabets for a great site. 👍
