I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. Received a phone call on Saturday morning that you do not deliver on a Saturday. (No mention of this on the website). Promised the flowers will be delivered on Monday. The flowers arrived at 5 on Monday afternoon!! This is utterly ridicilous. No mention on the website of this! Nothing. I asked to be notified when the flowers leave the warehouse, so I can plan my day. Also not done! This was the last time I will ever use your service! Very expensive and UNRELIABLE!
I ordered annique shake online; filled in my delivery address and paid. Now, all of a sudden they cannot deliver to a Postnet address. I have to supply another address!! Quick to take my money and keep quiet until I enquire.
Wile no one can argue that Millstream Farm has excellent accomodation and facilities, the experience we had with the manager and office staff leaves much to be desired for. We are owners of a one-week stay every year in September and pay a levy of more than R10K for 7 nights. Now they shorten the time to six days, claiming it is to give them time to clean the house according to covid regulations. We can only assume then that the house was never properly cleaned in previous years! The manager is extremely rude snd threaten yo not let us on the property if we want to be difficult or just close the resort again. I’m wondering what his Board of Directors will think of this?
Woodford Car Hire at Cape Town International Airport has excellent service. We have been using their service for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed. The car is always ready, minimal waiting time and paperwork all ready on arrival. I once left my GPS bag in the car and flew back to Swaziland. They kept it in the safe for me until my next visit 6 months later! I have been recommending Woodford to all my colleagues, family and friends and my 3 sons now also only hire from Woodford. Excellent Customer Service. Well Done!
I booked a flight for my son on [URL Removed] and did a SID payment because the website did not want to accept a VISA payment. After confirmation from my bank that the payment went through - I received a pop-up message that I have to contact the call center.<br> <br> They confirm they have the booking and that they can see that I made the payment, but they cannot issue the e-ticket as the money does not reflect on their bank statement.<br> <br> There is NO Manager on duty. The assistant manager \promise"and \""guarantee\"" me that I will have a booking and that she will call me to confirm. The call centre person wants me to pay an additional fee to guarantee the booking.<br> <br> This morning they phone and say they \""promise\"" and \""guarantee\"" that I will have my e-ticket before the close of business today. Just after that I receive a call from their financial department that they have my money"
