I had a tracker fitted at the dealership and since then I have been getting endless PowerEvent alerts on the vehicle. I have in informed Cartrack about the unit or fitment being faulty and an agent called me to confirm and assured me that their scheduling department would call me to send out a technician till now I am still and still receiving PowerEvent alert at 2am in the morning followed by calls from their call centre. I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with the service I am paying for. Since 11 January 2025 this till now I am getting these alert and when they call i am transfered from one department to the next. What could be so difficult to send out a technician or refer me to the nearest fitment. Cartrack if this is the service i am getting God forbid should something really happen in the event of theft or hijack when i need you the most.

I was not happy with the fact that King Price is not giving us customers relief during the lockdown this was until i received a call from Thulane Malinga. He was on point and handled my query with pure professionalism. Over and above everything he was the most friendliest consultant i have ever spoken with. Thank you Thulane Malinga please keep treating every customer call like its your first for the day. Amandla!
I logged a complaint on 23 March and was given a reference number 9000001660. Till i have had no feedback and now i must start calling the call centre where clearly no one know what is happening and no decision can be made. I am paying Bradlows every month without fail. The least they should is get back to me and give me feedback. Unless nothing is done i will have no option but send my complaint to Peter Griffiths the group CEO, i am sure that he will do something about this.
I bought a dining room suit after 6 months which i am still within my guarantee as promised by the shop I noticed that the table had cracks on top. I immediately went to the shop to let them know. I was given a call centre number and a reference number which is JD05012015/106. BRADLOWS sent someone to fix the cracks but he failed dismally. I have been calling the call centre since January and till now no one has given me feedback. I find this extremely frustrating and disgusting that such a big brand could blatantly ignore me as a customer. I hope someone will help me resolve this issue soonest. I am so upset i am even considering taking the whole thing back to shop and just leaving it there.
