I returned my order (2100351316) and it was received by them on 5 July. I have not received my refund up to date. I have sent over 10 e-mails and sent a request via their website and no one has responded up to this day (30 July 2024).
I placed my order with Mweb on 8 July, to ensure that my fibre line will be active when I move to my new residence on 31 July. Many many phone calls and e-mails up and down, and still no fibre on 16 August. This is the WORST service I have ever received from any service provider and I must honestly say I am disgusted that a private company in this country still thinks it is perfectly fine to have bad Customer Service. I honestly don’t even expect a response to this message.
