The worst decision I have ever made to join BRITBOX. I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them I could not, after they have tried more than 5 times to debit my account I contacted them via chat because of course you cannot call them. They told me that my account has been stopped due to none payment and that they will no longer debit my account. This morning they sneaked into my account AGAIN to debit. And mind you I canβt even unsubscribe because my account gives me a subscribe option. π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘. SUBSCRIBE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I have never had issues access issues, but I finally cancelled because they don't have the most recent series. All the series are years old. Midsummer ****** and Death in Paradise. Death in Paradise has 11 series, we can only see up to 6th series.

Britbox you people are ****mers, you gave me a free 7 day free trial then after I've canceled, you creep up into people's account and take their money. It's theft cause I don't know what I'm paying for and you guys make it almost impossible to cancel the subscription sending us through Google channels. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel a subscription that I don't need. Stop taking my money I've canceled your nonsense Britbox subscription before even the 7 day trial.

For anyone considering using Britbox, consider it carefully. Whilst they do have some very good up to date content there is a lot of very old content that the younger member of a family may not appreciate. But that is not their main problem. Their support is not existent. I use 4 other streaming services besides Britbox and do not experience a single problem with any of them. But with Britbox I suffer constant drop out (buffering) problems. Two days ago, my wife was watching an episode of a series and up came one their common messages "Sorry we cannot connect to the service now, please try again later". Constantly the dreaded blue rotating circle appears, and the service stops dead. After multiple emails to their "support" desk and a stinking response to a request for feedback on their service (which they did not respond to), nothing has improved, but rater got worse.

I had the Britbox App installed on my LG smart TV 55UH603V. One of the series wouldn't play properly so I logged a fault with Britbox. I was told to uninstall the App and reinstall the App. My TV wouldn't allow me to do this so I contacted LG. They managed to help me remove the App but now the App is no longer in the LG App store. LG said I must take it up with Britbox. I did so and Britbox referred the issue to their technical department. That was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Everything else works like Showmax, Netflix and DSTV. Just Britbox doesn't work. It is not worth the trouble and they take too long to respond. Rather subscribe to something else.

I reported my problem already on 28 April 2022 regarding my Britbox that is not working. The only response I get is: We are looking into it. They take your money every month, but don't assist in problems. They don't care and they do not assist in any way.

BritBox is not functioning. At the end of December 2021 I bought a year's subscription and until recently (one week ago) I could watch the few really interesting and new shows that attracted me. BUT over the last week all I can get is a screen that shows that the App is connecting/downloading and nothing else. I have tried to use the BritBox helps lines but no help there at all! I know of several other people who have the same problem. At the present level of usefulness BritBox is a monumental waste of money unless this issue is resolved ASAP.
