Vumatel was supposed to install fibre this past Sunday. It was locked in and confirmation emails were sent but Sunday came and no one pitched up, no one communicated to inform me whether they were still coming or not. I tried calling but their numbers were off. This has become a real inconvenience because I stopped my plans to be available on Sunday.
The team was able to accommodate my request to update both numbers so I can be reachable. I was worried when I didn't receive my delivery on Friday. However I was able to receive it after the team got back to me and confirmed delivery for Saturday. I really appreciate it and what a comfortable bed set! Quality of high standards
