Vodacom about to ***** my money - no shame
Horrible service. No action taken on my instruction to cancel my insurance. I requested a cancelation of the insurance I have on my phone on 9 April 2026 but insurance is still reflecting on my June statement. They intentionally keep you waiting on the phone so that you can give up. Low class strategy which is as low as their service standards.2 replies
