Horrible service. No action taken on my instruction to cancel my insurance. I requested a cancelation of the insurance I have on my phone on 9 April 2026 but insurance is still reflecting on my June statement. They intentionally keep you waiting on the phone so that you can give up. Low class strategy which is as low as their service standards.
FNB refuses to cancel my will. It looks like they are planning on taking advantage of my family if anything happens to me. I have been dealing with Muhammed Jagot in Umhlanga Durban. Very ************.
I am trying to get a clearance note from DUT with no success despite my tuition fees being fully paid up since 2025. My student number is 19503383. The staff ignores emails. Please elevate this concern on my behalf.
