******* those ones, I paid my a Subscription fee of R625 on the 7th of April using the reference number that was provided to me on whatsapp, I had no internet connection then, them saying that I did not pay but money went out of my account and they said I did not pay, Sent proof of payments, They were only able to allocate the payment on the 22nd April imagine going days without internet, Been a loyal member for about 4 years, I Cancelled their services, I saw no point of having it because I felt ****med, Their agents are Responding or treating matters as if they were never trained, I don't know how many times escalations were made for my refund, Until today! They operate like they're not Registered with the CIPC, I am highly disappointed and never going to use them again I have 3 friends who will also Be canceling their services, People must make informed decisions when opting using Rain services, They are ****mers.
Tyme bank is a ****mer on it's own, That bank ****med me R625 I am ready to come with a full story, Nonsense bank ever! It must just surrender it's compliance certificates, Nof to mention their agents are full of nonsense!!!!!
