I am very unhappy with the service received from Lottostar. I made a withdrawal last night, but at 07:07 this morning I received an email saying my documents had expired and my withdrawal was rejected. The agents, Norwich and London, told me that a notification was sent at 00:00, but I only received the email at 07:07. If I had received it earlier, I would have updated my documents immediately to avoid delays. I was then told there was nothing they could do and that I must wait until tomorrow for my money. This is unfair because the delay was caused by late communication from Lottostar’s side. I expect better communication and faster assistance when it comes to customers’ funds.
I am very disappointed with the Labour Call Centre service. I have been waiting for my payment/status update and have made many calls and sent emails with no progress. I was given different information by agents, and my calls were dropped three times without help. I also spoke to an agent named Lucky and asked him to escalate my case to a manager and request an exception, but nothing was done.
