I have been debited by this company, and it is now the second month. I didn't authorise any debits or even recall receiving a call from them. The debit orders are showing with reference: NUDEBT EDTBAYL for R191.00
I would like to report a suspected ***** incident that occurred on 15 April 2026 at approximately 14h05. I received a phone call from a woman who claimed that I was being overcharged on interest related to my debts. During the call, she proceeded to list detailed information about my financial commitments, including the amounts being debited monthly. This information is highly confidential, and I was alarmed and concerned about how it was obtained. I questioned the caller about the source of my personal and financial information. She then transferred the call to a person she identified as her line manager. When I again asked where they had obtained my details, I did not receive a clear or satisfactory response, and the call was abruptly terminated. Immediately thereafter, at 14h06, I received three SMS messages from the number: +2781160282046887. The message read: "I, [Name], ID 8205**********, gave consent to request my credit report on 2026-04-15. Reason: Affordability Assessment." – CDS Consulting (Pty) Ltd. I did not provide any consent for a credit report to be accessed on my behalf. This raises serious concerns about possible identity misuse, unauthorised access to my personal data, and potential violations of data protection laws. I request that this matter be investigated urgently. I am particularly concerned about: How this company obtained my personal and financial information The apparent unauthorised attempt to access my credit report The legitimacy and practices of CDS Consulting (Pty) Ltd I also urge other consumers to be cautious of similar calls. Kindly advise on any further steps I should take to protect myself.

I did a quote request on their website and a gentleman by the name of Zukile Leve called me. He was very helpful and kind and took me through all the options. He was very patient with me and gave an excellent service and I was sold to Santam and signed up with them. I’m happy to join such an insurance company.
Terrible 😣 service I booked for our 10 year anniversary night, when I called I specifically informed them that it was our anniversary and requested for a King size bed which was guaranteed by the receptionist. I even followed up on email after I paid to secure the booking and requested confirmation of the bed size but no one responded. On arrival at reception when also check if the bed was king size and the ladies confirmed it, we were taken to room 208 in our shock we were surprised to see two single beds in the room. When we called them there was no apology whatsoever we were just taken to the next room and that was it. Terrible service, no attention to detail, staff members are just terrible and busy chatting and laughing for no reason but talking to each other. The only friendly staff was the guy to took us to our second room and he actually apologised but not the receptionist staff, they are just a bunch of useless ladies. I feel like they spoiled our anniversary day and it was a waste of my money. I am so angry 😠

I have a complain I have never experience such a terrible service from any company. My cellphone is insured with Telkom who seem to have outsourced their insurance to Finrite. I had to submit my cellphone because it was faulty. Telkom accepted my phone and processed the claim but now i have been waiting for almost two months with no update on the status of my claim. i have been told that i am waiting for a waybill number but even this is taking more two weeks now. i am sending emails to Finrite but no one comes back to me.
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is to express my disappointment with the service that I received from telkom finrite insurance consultants and administrators.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a cellphone on contract at Telkom (The Glen Mall) in Johannesburg and I took the insurance for repairs and if stolen or lost.
