I had issues with transferring my debt review file from Vantage Debt Management to Meerkat. I had a good experience with Mitchell Fortune from the legal department. She really helped push the process and followed up with the other debt counsellor to get my file transferred. She kept me updated and checked in regularly, which made a big difference. It shows that Meerkat has people who actually go the extra mile for their clients. I am still in the process of being removed from debt review, but so far I am happy with the service. Looking forward to finally being out of debt review.1 reply
