The best or nothing
The best in the business 👌 👏 When we had our differences they took their time to further investigate and reviewed my case. I would recommend telkom insurance to everyone I've never had unresolved issues

Not there for you when you need them
Absolutely nonsense The guy who had my claim with failed to negotiate with a third party for me instead went on to investigate me and gave me the stress of my life time I wouldn't recommend anyone to join them

Bad service
Ohhhh bad service no communication at all when you call trying to find out how far your claim is it's always stories of their negotiator Malikah Basson is out of office if not on lunch, she's not picking up her line or she will call you back tomorrow but never does you send them emails no response what so ever it's been 3 months heading to four I am unable to work coz my car has been standing since January 26 I've lost a lot. I don't think they understand or even take us serious 😕
