I have been trying to cancel my Bidvest Club McCarthy subscription for a vehicle I sold two months ago to no avail. I tried calling their call centre as the website suggests but they kept sending me from pillar to post.
I tried to cancel my Bidvest Tyre and Shortfall cover to no avail. After calling the call centre almost 10 times in less than 15 minutes, I got the very same response every time - got through to a different department, had them transfer me to Tyre Angels whose line cuts out every single time. I called back, trying to get a direct number, which I received several of. They all did not work, directed me to the very first number I used or still try to put me through to a number that ends the line after a few seconds of ringing. I ended up requesting an email address, which I received more than one version of and the consultant could not even confirm this was going to be helpful to me as the turnaround time for responding to my query was unclear.
After several calls to the call center and emailing Bidtrack, I am still unable to cancel the tracker for a car I sold 2 months ago. I highly do not recommend using their services!
