I have been with momentum since i bought my car 6years so last month i cancelled my car insurance because when i requested for AA assistance because i was stuck with no petrol. They did not send the help i needed. The sent me the documents saying the policy is cancelled as per my request. Today they debited my account which did not have enough money to cater for their debit. Now i have unpaid penalty fee of R115 because of their bad bad terrible customer care.
Ive been meaning to give telkom festival mall the credit. There is a lady pity i forgot her name. She went beyond call of duty to assist me. Checking all sim cards in the store to port my sim card. She also did an e-sim for me. She was incredible #blackfriday

I place and order MAK9118486 on the 1st February, still not delivered… called in to cancel and was thinking its done, but its not cancelled…. today after 30minute waiting for an agent call went quiet…
Gooday So yesterday i contacted fnb on on secure chats on my fnb app from 7:52am until 9:11am while i was being transferred from one department to the next without any conclusion My sons fnby account was debited R170 for delivery which i never scheduled… ccd couriers came to deliver my sons card on the 11december2024 with wrong documentation when i gave the driver my ID card he said your information is not furnished on the paper im supposed to sign he then went back with my sons card and said fnb need to fix the documentation… driver did not come back… on Wednesday i filed a complaint then ccd courier called me back apologized and then asked me if ill be home the following day, i said yes and i was promised they will deliver my son’s card To my surprise a month later on the 15th Jan 2025 , when i check my sons fnby account was debited R170… i did not schedule a delivery… ccd courier called me to rectify their mistake of not coming back three days later with my sons card because the bank did not send the correct delivery receipt…
I bought paint on Black Friday and it just didn’t come together and leaves patches no matter how many coats i app****… i did reach out to them they advice on instructions and that i must use flat wood and not round etc so i tried it but paint is not doing the job… 25litres almost finished but its just patches that cant close…
On monday they call me to come outside to deliver my son’s fnb card… when i got there the driver says who is “MySonsName” i say he is my son… then he says i cannot confirm the details of the card because there is no id number on the delivery slip… so he returned with my sons card… why did he come in the first place the persons details are not on the slip… anyway i tell him to come Thursday because im in the office Tuesday and Wednesday… guess what he calls Tuesday and Wednesday for delivery
Fnb charges are ridiculous why would i be charged R45 non payment for a R29 purchase or R90 for R128 purchase… why is the balance not in real time because this is what causes the issue for years…. Is the IT department sleeping… or they just enjoy ripping us off… whats going on… all im trying to do in this hard financial times is keep my account in good standing but they are discouraging
Telkom decoded to block my line for R52 because i had made late payment They never sent an sms or call to tell me about this… This is definitely the last contract im having with them… They are terrible at customer service that time i pay R1300 contract
