The nedbank branch empangeni is not doing a great job. You will arrive there by the door and find someone who is supposed to be assisting clients by directing them. You greet, the lady at the front just looks at you and continue chatting with other staff member without assisting until you. They are very rude
The thing with Octogen, the service is poor. You will send emails, and no response. When they have to deliver, they do not, and they do not even communicate with their clients. They are frustrating the hell out of their clients. Currently, I have a situation where one of their clients which is deprived of a job offer because they do not want to issue a clearance certificate, and on top of that, they do not even communicate the reasons for that. This client will suffer economically due to the loss of such a big opportunity. Numerous emails have been sent to Octogen by NCR, which was trying to assist in this matter. Unfortunately, Octogen does not care. I hate to say this, but I am disappointed. I never expected such terrible experience.
