Items purchased and paid online on the 22 November 2023. To date no goods delivered and no refund! Why did they take my money if the knew they don’t have stock??? The worst experience ever! Had I known I wouldn’t have bothered. I have not received my items or a refund .. I’ve called countless times sent emails and still nothing no help , instead they cant give me a solution. Horrible service, cannot treat customers fair and no accountability I regret it and will not buy from them ever !!! Now I lost Black Friday specials because of them.
I am highly disgusted and disappointed at Multi choice, on 2 July 2021 I downgraded my plan to easy view access, using their WhatsApp system. The same day I got confirmation that my plan downgrade was successful and R29 will be debited in August. On the 30 September I received a call from debt collectors telling me I’ve been handed over to the lawyers as I owe Multichoice R900. I was not even aware that they were not debuting my account and have not even be using my Dstv since August. All this years they have been debiting my account successfully for Dstv compact plan. Since my downgrade to easy view, they did not debit. How does the debit order of R29 from Aug to Oct amount to R900? Who gave them instructions to stop debiting R29 from my account? You guys are scammers and want to make money from innocent people. I demand answers!
I took my car in for service and break pads change on the 15th August in Kempton Park warehouse, same day when I fetched my car I noticed there was air coming out of the engine when the mechanic was excellerating, I asked him is my car doing that coz that never happened before he said it’s normal for ford to do that. Took the car home same day and when I got home, few minutes later I noticed there’s a water leak on the pavement, I took the car back to workshop and as I was driving and changing gears the car kept jerking. When I got there I told them to check it out and I was told that they are unable to remove one of the spark plugs as it is too tight and can’t be remove and they dnt want to break it as it will damage engine. They checked why the car was leaking and was told the clamp was loose and need to be replaced, and they did that. Till to date my car is giving me problems and keeps jerking and misfiring. Today 28 Aug, my car is overheating and not driving like before. I am so frustrated with Wozani Rosebank Auto as they damaged my car, it was fine before I took my car to them. They don’t know what they are doing and I regret taking my car to there. Now I have to spent more money fix my car.
I have an existing contract with Telkom for 10GB for R139, for the past months my data would finish within 3 days after i receive the data and before the lockdown the data lasted for 3 weeks. I have a prepaid number as well, on Friday, 7 Aug I purchased data for R 69, today 9 Aug i receive an sms that data is depleted. Telkom is exploiting us with this data and they are not providing real data for the value. I have data finish within 2 days? I demand explanation as when i call your call centre there i s always no answer. You rob and exploit people and your service is useless.
Scammers Bad service the 3.12 one of the Dstv sales people called me to sell a price lock package deal of 649 which I had not agreed to. On Air called me same day for 299 package I agreed to. the wrong order was delivered the order was delivered to my address on the 6.12 . the consultant called me from on Air 0873519270 at 16:37 and I told him the wrong order was delivered to my address. He said he will arrange for collection with ON THE DOT. I received sms that my on air package was cancelled. On 27.12 Fedex called for collection but only came on 31.12 18.13 I contacted DSTV and the consultant confirmed that my deal was cancelled on the system with Ref 60581504-i172 and requested that I sent an email Dstvhelp which I did so you can arrange for collection. 2.01.2019 debit order of 618 went on my account, when I query with Dstv I get this email from Conny Ramathoka. ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER : 8483919 Dear DStv customer, According to the interactions on the system,On the 3rd of December 2019 you took up the R649.00 price lock offer.System charged you R519 for Compact plus and R99 for the decoder& Installation. What the helll??? Multichoice STOP scamming people, I never agreed to any package and u never delivered or connected me to this decoder. I want my money back, you rip off people. Where is the decoder u referring to and installation? How can you charge me for something I did not receive?
Good day I had an unauthorized debit order yesterday (22/12/2017) and after detecting it i immediately contacted Absa and was given a contact number to call ********** only to find out that the number does not exist. REFERENCE AS IT APPEARS ON MY STATEMENT: NAEDO TRACKED DO, L IMAGE /D22D21366 R99.99 I did not authorise this, kindly look into this and reverse it the soonest and also if possible make sure that this people never debit my account again. Absa need to tighten their security as this is a third time this week I get unauthorised debit orders in my account. I cannot even reverse them on my internet banking.
I called Dstv call centre on the 30th to downgrade my account, I spoke to the first agent who told me its not possible then spoke to another agent who confirmed that they will downgrade my package from compact to access and change my debit order date to the end of the month. I then reversed the debit order that went through and paid cash R100 for the access. two weeks down the line the changes were not made, I then received a call from an accounts manageron the 15.11 to find out why I rated them very poor. I explained to him what had happened, he then confirmed that he sees two payments and told me that the changes were not made on the system, he made the changes and downgraded my package to what i had asked for. My package was indeed on access. for a week, on the 17th Nov my access was blocked and I was told that I owe R260,when I querried I was told that I had to pay it because the call centre agent did not downgrade my package which is ridiculous after fighting with the agent (Molatelo ref: ********** 4#I94) they reconnected my access. On the 22.11 my access was disconnected again and when I phoned them for the fifth time another agent Mafalatja Mokoena) told me I need to pay R260 for a reconnection I had again explain to him what had happened he then promised me that he will listern to the recordings and come back to me on the 24.11. Until to date he has not dane that and im still without any dstv connection. Im really am dissapointed and frustrated with Multichoice and their call centre agents they are full of lies and empty promises, I am now being inconvenience and have paid for the service that I requested and not getting any. You have hired people that are incomepetent and mislead clients, I have been with you guys for many years and this is the first time Im experiencing this kind of service and I have downgraded my services before with no issues. How do you expect me to pay a full premium on compact if I had requested for a downgrade and not getting those benefits?? Please stop lying and robing people!!
