I have noticed on Facebook the reviews say order paid however not received after almost a month. I see shipping says 1-3 days on the website. I have placed my order(1733) 18.03.2026 and would like to know if I am still getting a tracking number as I have chatted to online however no feedback
On 20 January I requested a quote for a Fender. Funeka responded via email that I should place an order online as they dont have parts in Cape Town and only in Springs. I placed the order 116420 and had to pay R550 courier fee. Today when I called online to query on the part delivery I was informed that the Cape Town warehouse did have stock and is out for delivery with the driver. The issue that I have with this is I am from Paarl and could have collected the part from the Cape Town branch if I was informed correctly instead of having to pay the R550 courier fee.
Good day Ombudsman, Please refer to the attached Compuscan credit report pulled today. The company called Solution Expert(NCRDC2632)(Carrim Abdul Khalik) placed me under debt review without my consent on 11.08.2020. I applied for debt review in 2017 with them and canceled it. I never reapplied again. I have no affiliation with them. I did not sign a document to go under debt review from 11.08.2020 nor are they deducting any money from my account.
<p>I have attached the 3 packages uChoose Flexi R350/R500/R750.<br />The device cost of R380pm stays the same on all 3 packages it is only the airtime portion that is different.<br />Why can't this phone Samsung Galaxy S8(SM-G950) not be supplied to me on my uChoose Flexi R200 package?</p>
<p>I called the upgrade call centre this morning on ********** . I spoke to a Siya or someone. Recorded calls can be listened to if it has been recorded. I wanted to upgrade my phone to the new Samsung Galaxy S8. This Siya or someone told me that it can be arranged to be upgraded on my uchoose flexi 200 package. He was suppose to call me back until now no call back. I called in again 17:25, I spoke to a diffrent guy who then now told me that I cannot be upgraded to that phone on my uchoose flexi 200 package. Vodacom should not tell the client one thing now and later again another thing. I am now fedup with the service I get from Vodacom and will cancel my contract with Vodacom as soon as my contract reaches the end in a month. I know lots of people will agree with me on the poor service vodacom provides. Seems as if Vodacom only caters for the wealthy and not for the everyday person.</p>
