I tried purchasing a card and loading it for the first time on the 25th of May, using the ticket machine, however it took long to load and ended up saying the transaction failed. The money was already taken out of my account and I still haven't received it back. The lady (I think security personnel) said since the transaction failed, then the money should be back in 24 hours, if not then I must ask for a refund on the app (there is no such option). I then purchased the card and loaded it by the ticket window, so now I've been waiting for the money to clock back and even laid a complaint to no avail! This is my first time using Gautrain alone and honestly I'm very upset!
I used Payshap to send funds from my business account to an ABSA account on the 8th of April. Today is the 11th of April and the funds have not reflected into the account, the advisors have not been helpful at all, they all tell me the same thing (wait 48 hours since there is an investigation that has been conducted) and then they say the funds have gone through successfully and the problem is ABSA, however the recipient went to ABSA and the bank cannot see the funds at all!!! I either want the money back or for it to go through! However, I am charged for that. I recently started banking with FNB for my business, and I think I'm gonna stop if this is what I'm gonna go through each time. No one is helping me!!!
