Centurion is a waste of time. I ordered 2 items at 16h30 and its now 18h15 and still it was not even packed yet. This given there are 5 shops nearby all under 2 km away. This is appalling. Now being told 7 to 8 or maybe tomorrow. This is false advertising and against the Consumer Protection Act. How is it just allowed that these big corporates can do as they please from price fixing to market manipulation to false and misleading advertising

Has anyone ever tried speaking to an actual individual in person. I swear its shocking. I have been on their live - chat, whats app, Sent an email, called the call center. Tried everything since early this morning regarding my upcoming flights and to date nothing. Angry is an understatement. I am skocked.
FNB is definitely in cahoots with DSTV. We already hear about the collusion with the National Lottery. How is it right that the bank can just allow that anyone can set up a debit order without your authorization. 2 Months Ago I visited the branch to cancel the debit order. The staff confirmed yes its cancelled. DSTV then still debited. I fought for a week to get that refund. I have call recordings and chat transcripts from their website chat with a consultant that its been cancelled. low and behold they now debited my account again. I blame FNB here as how are they allowing anyone to set up a debit order on ones account without my consent. Now no one wants to assist me.
I am at a loss how FNB prioritizes DSTV over its owns clients. I visited the Branch in Atlantis to cancel my Debit Order for my DSTV account. The consultant assured me this was done as it was the middle of the middle of the month. Low and behold FNB allowed DSTV to take the debit order this morning. I simply hate this bank. They do not care about its clients. How the hell can they allow this. There is clear collusion as they will come with some excuse which is beyond ********* and now I am R1 100.00 short to cover essential expenses. This is not right..............
I do not know why we must complain each time to get help. In saying that I would like to thank Dianetsi Eckersley, who was beyond understanding, considerate and even with my anger directed towards FNB she not only remained patient but also constantly kept me updated an ultimately resolved the matter. Thank YOU.
Exploitation on another level. I have had an overdraft facility with FNB at a minimal amount for around 10 years. I visited the branch to see if I can get an increase on my overdraft and am told no but they can give me a loan instead of R90 000.00. This is shocking when the increase I am asking is for like 10% of what they offering. This is where banks are manipulating the lending market to over expose consumers to their benefit.
The branch in Montague Gardens can seriously consider teaching its staff to be more polite. I had a friend do me a favor today as I live out in Atlantis and visit them to get me a thermostat and as there are 2 where they themselves are not sure which one to give. So while on the phone asking as the salesman does not know which one to give I offered to buy both and inquired can I return the other not used the guy responds rudely to my friend saying listen we don't operate like that, they can't sell both as its company policy. The more I say but how can I take one and then it does not fit, I will sit without a car and have to struggle then getting another one. He arrogantly tells my friend no he does not want to talk to me. My first and last engagement with this store. One would think as there being other competitors they would at least treat its Customers with respect.
SO FNB now charging you fees to throw in petrol from your normal account
This company provides the worse customer service in South Africa probably only second to Telkom. There advertising is simply all lies. Even watching youtube videos buffer. You cannot have anything like Netflix or any streaming. Stay away from them......... I pay R500.00 a month and I get an average of 2-3mb line speed. Let that sink in. In today's time its shocking and daylight *******. Try to complain is a waste of time.
