Absolute struggle to get my credit refunded. First it was all excuses about they have a back log in cancellation. In the end I had to drive there only to find that according to the system I did cancel my studies. Now I have the same problem with my credit refund. Provided them with the requested documents more than a month ago and when you phone the answer is again "we have a back log, you need to wait". Really the worst service I have experienced.
I am very disappointed with VOX. I moved from appartments and they are forcing me to cancel my contract and get a new one although the fibre provider is the same and then charging me for cancel a contract. Their support department is lacking to say the least as there is clearly no internal communication and you get different answers from different agents .
