Naked drive for show but putt for doe!
Naked are experts in gathering premiums but HORRIBLE when it comes to claims! Even the smallest of claims take weeks to settle. They don.t communicate from a position of authority. When you hear the word assessor run as they are pathetic! Naked will soon realize that having a nice app does not make a successful insurance business. Im done!1 reply

STAY CLEAR OF ALEXANDER FORBES - NO PAYER!!!!
<p>I am a policy holder and my family was in a car accident. AF did not comply to ANY of the promises as made in the Policy Contract! No car hire as per contract although I was paying for that. NO ASSESMENT within 2 days as per the Policy Contract...SIMPLY PUT A GROSS BREACH OF A LEGAL CONTRACT!</p>1 reply

Stay far away from this crooked business. They advertise FREE CANCELLATION up to a certain date UNTIL they collected your credit card details and then on the confirmation they tell you that the RESERVATION CANNOT BE CANCELLED FREE OF CHARGE!!!!!0 replies

No service whatsoever! After I contacted the call centre, and that after 11 e-mails to admin and support I received a phone call from one of the managers/owners. He promised me that he will follow up the find a solution to the source of the bad service. HE PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL PHONE ME BACK WITH THE REASONS. I FORMALLY CANCELLED MY SERVICE IN WRITING AND IN PERSON WITH HIM. He to this day did not phone me back and the debit orders are still going off!!!0 replies
