Today at 10h00, 600 was taken out of my account stating ATM DEPOSIT REVERSAL. How, why was 600.taken out of my account. Hi I'm very angry with FNB at Maponya, I can to collect my e wallet to buy pampers for my baby, to my surprise the atm did not give me my money, it went straight to "Device in progress" or something like a technical issue, so to my attention you guys are forcing us to open e wallet cards, so you came up with a strategy to swallow are e wallets on purpose. Now u have a daughter who's ****ting on my bed because FNB decided to eat my money... Instead of getting help... Wonga customer service is terrible, I can not go through their call center. Very useless. I send emails they keep directing new to the call center with no assistance whatsoever, they want us to support them but they do not. I asked them to call me since I have trouble getting to them..
