I am appalled by the abysmal service from DSV. I have been forced to wait an entirely unacceptable 4 weeks just to receive my debit card. Today, I received an official notification stating delivery would happen between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM. I structured my entire day around this, only to be left waiting until 17:00 PM with absolutely zero communication, no phone call from the driver, and no feedback. It is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to hold a customer's time hostage for 9 hours without the courtesy of an update, especially for an essential item like a bank card. Extremely poor operations and zero accountability
I've had an extremely frustrating experience with FNB. There are hidden fees that do not appear clearly on the bank statement, and no one – not a single consultant – can give me a proper explanation. Every time I ask about the mysterious charges, especially the recurring #Excess Fee, I get vague answers or I'm told it's “system-generated.” That’s not good enough. What’s even worse is how money just disappears from the account without warning or justification. You can keep the same amount of money in your FNB account for a whole month without touching it, and somehow it will still shrink, It’s like watching your money evaporate. The lack of transparency and accountability is shocking. I failing to recommend FNB to anyone willing to start Banking with them, If you're considering banking here – don't. Take your money somewhere that respects it, and where you can actually track what happens to every cent..
