NO ASSISTANCE
Sani owes me my deposit money, however debited that amount from my account. I cannot find any number to address this matter. The only listed number is *** I called this number 19 times without any assistance, without being referred to their "premium agent".0 replies

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Monique at Cell C in Bayside Mall assisted with my upgrade. Most recently she really went the extra mile to assist me with a smile and friendliness. Upgrading is something I did not want to do, queuing, waiting etc. Yet to be served by someone so committed to customer service, makes the experience great!1 reply
