Terrible user experience
The most convoluted process to transfer tickets to guests where one is "forced" to open Ticketmaster accounts in order to receive tickets. Website/App requires a 12 character password - ridiculous! No contact number for service support, help function on website puts one in a loop with no solution in sight... The most un user friendly experience. Will not recommend or be using them in future.0 replies

Unsolicited marketing calls
Four unsolicited calls in the last week (23/9, 26/9, 29/9 and 30/9) despite declining the offer (self powered tracking device...?) during the first call. As an existing customer this is bordering on harassment and I will look to terminate my current agreement.1 reply
