The most convoluted process to transfer tickets to guests where one is "forced" to open Ticketmaster accounts in order to receive tickets. Website/App requires a 12 character password - ridiculous! No contact number for service support, help function on website puts one in a loop with no solution in sight... The most un user friendly experience. Will not recommend or be using them in future.
Four unsolicited calls in the last week (23/9, 26/9, 29/9 and 30/9) despite declining the offer (self powered tracking device...?) during the first call. As an existing customer this is bordering on harassment and I will look to terminate my current agreement.
