Good day Standard Bank Business customer care. There is no one answering the business call line 0860109075. I tried the private customer care line, but they could not assist and advised calling this number again. Great system installed, and the workmanship is pretty good. I was disappointed with the communication around the scheduling of the install, and I am still waiting for a small setup issue to be resolved (after requesting a couple of times). The install took a lot longer than anticipated and there was quite a few hours wasted when the team could have been productive on site.
Such a great company to deal with. They were in and out of our place in around 4 hours and we now have free hot water for most days. They arrived on the day and at the time they said they would. Over December the 5 of us used 7 units of electricity for a 200l geyser. Absolute winner.
I've moved into a new place and the previous tenant cancelled their line the day they moved out. Apparently they need a calendar month's notice, and so I'm without internet for the first month while we wait for the calendar month to run out. This is crazy.
