Recently bought a car on the dealership and I informed the sales agent that I'll be using it for uber and everything should meet the standards of dekra, I was informed that everything is in order and a 125 point check has been done and the car passed roadworthy. To my surprise when I took the car to dekra which they recommended the car failed X3, went back to the dealership and raised the issues with the manager, he then agreed to fix the issues and refund me in full on the amount paid to dekra and I signed the required forms, 2 weeks down the line I haven't been paid and I've been getting stories from the agent.
Uber hasn't refunded me after they deducted they're cancellation fee, I've been charged twice a cancellation fee and a trip I didn't even take. Worse part is that there's no option of assistance in their app just a bunch of unnecessary information without any assistance. And this is for the second time now.
What a horrible experience I got from them, they installed a faulty device and now they are giving me a run around in the call centre for scheduling repairs and removal of the faulty device. Even now the device has not been repaired knowing very well that I have a trip with the car. Total **** of a company.....
