Horrible experience with Cartrack, and I have only been with them for 2 months. Tracking device was installed on 30 July 2025, and on 1 August they wanted the full amount for July (not pro-Tata considering that the tracking device was only installed on the last day of the month). Made the payment for August on the 1st, and on the 28th they randomly deducted more than my monthly payment and when I ask why, I get different answers from different agents/consultants. Some even went as far as saying I installed tracking devices for 2 cars (I only installed for 1). After the deduction made on the 28th (which I assumed was for the month of September, and I let it be, irrespective of the fact that it was more than the monthly payment) , they proceeded to deduct on the 1st of September AGAIN yet they continue to call me every single day to tell me my account is in arrears. I’m so tired of these people and I haven’t even been with them for that long.
Had such a terrible experience at Fit24 in Rivonia Johannesburg. I settled my membership amount a few days prior the debit order date, trying to be proactive, however, I was told that my account is now in arrears with interest accrued because “I was supposed to wait for the debit order date” and not make the EFT payment prior. What made the experience worse was how badly the situation was handled by one of the reception ladies (Thendo) who completely disregarded my recommendation as a client to make the process better, who also blatantly told me she will not grant me access to the gym, and told me that she is going for her lunch (at 16:30pm) after I asked to have my complaint escalated to the relevant persons if she was unwilling to assist. Moving forward, may all sales people kindly ensure that such disclosures are made to a client prior to signing as I have noticed that the point is to make sales as quickly as possible (without disclosing proper info), which later , prejudices the client.
