I want to formally thank Sharlen and Heidi for the exceptional way they handled my shortfall claim after my Polo was written off. Had accident on 07 April 2026 , on the 09 of April the agent called to launch a claim , which we did . Later on my car was written off after the assessor assesed my vehicle. Their process were so efficient and they processed my claim within a month . I was happy with their service , as i speak now even on my new car im going with them
It was easy to acces the co consulated and they are very friendly
