The system is totally not working you call and request for a voucher but its been 5 days now I have not yet received the voucher to access my funds and when you call the call gets cut off
Since after maintenance which was last week 19 August My Wifi lost connection, I have been contacting them from the 20th agents answer and drops once I advise them about the connection issue they either drop and the last agent advised she has escalated the matter and that was Friday evening contacting them myself since than no further communication was made I was told about another maintenance for Today, it's almost 4pm NOTHING no COMMUNICATION The worse service provider but they quick to send us invoices I work from home, I had to alternate and by DATA to connect and work
