I rarely leave reviews, but Storage King genuinely earned this one. I needed storage at extremely short notice during a stressful period, and the team made the process smooth, professional and hassle-free from the start. The facility was clean, secure and well managed, but what stood out most was the quality of customer service. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I later gave cancellation notice outside of the contractual notice period. Instead of approaching the matter rigidly, the team took the time to understand my situation, communicated respectfully, and assisted me in reaching a fair resolution. That level of professionalism, empathy and customer care is rare today. Thank you to the Storage King team for your understanding and support. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for reliable storage and excellent service.
I would like to put a request to the Directors of MBD Attorneys to instruct their staff to stop calling me every day at 07:30 and harass me. I am not. So please, GUY HARRADINE, PHILLEMON MAGOLEGO, ANEL KRAMER, and LOUIS BEKKER kindly ask your staff to stop harassing me, please.
I purchased a product on the 24th August 2018 as a gift for my wife, but decided to return it on the 27th August, because I found something else instead. The cashier tried crediting my cheque card, but was unable to due to the system being offline. I then asked to be paid in cash since the system was offline, but nor did they have liquid capital and requested that I return the following day again during my lunch hour. I agreed that I would return even though I work a distance from Cresta. Today I visited the store to collect my money, but was told the exact same story and the system was offline yet again. This is very unacceptable and has also inconvenienced me a great deal, not to mention financially taxing too, as I am the one who has to use my petrol to make these trips to their store.
Absa continues to STEAL money from my bank account, I had to fight the matter in October-November 2017 of which they finally admitted to guilt and paid back the money. However, the very next month they continued to SIPHON money from my account and has done so every single month to date. I thought they would've stopped after having been caught, but they continued to sneak money out of my account. !PAY BACK THE MONEY!
I am continuously receiving sms's saying that I owe them money, of which I called them a couple of times requesting that my number be removed from their database as I am not the person they looking for. They have assured me more than once that it will be removed. Today I had enough and requested that I speak to a manager or the leader of that Justine agent to remove my details. The rep by the name of Glenda Tlhapi was adamant that I could not speak to a supervisor, manager or the reps team leader because I was not the account holder. She assured me that she would correct the error, but so did the three consultants before her as well. To make matters worse she further mentioned that she did not see notes on the account stipulating the above. This matter needs to be rectified speedily.
