Foreign object in my package

Hi, my order number was *** on 02 May 2026, Item was 5kg frozen thighs.when I open the package it was thighs mixed with wings.my order item i selected is thighs only. Now when I call the help services the lady says no I will have to bring back the item. So I could not waste petrol by taking an item to checkers Springs mall.i did not have time cause I was preparing to go to work. All I need its a refund because a wrong item was delivered vs the item I selected on my order.

AFRICAN BANK

A loan was taken by ****mers using my details and they were threatening to take of my siblings and told me where she works and then I did comply,and the amount went into my account and I was threatened to withdraw money slowly and deposit it on different accounts. Now that I am facing this mess I have been trying to write emails to African bank no reply This guyz made me to pay the account installments as agreed on the contract for few months then I was left alone, I took my account to debt review because I could not afford to pay then I rescinded debt review then went back to debt review. So my issue is African bank is using this rude consultants who do not have supervisors and they tell me they are working from home but they are calling from head office at collection department. When I ask them to email me the original transcript and how was my account handed to collection.they are just being rude.please help with African Bank issue.i am not sure about their email also

I have done an application on debt review with external company,however in the bank i had an arrangement for the bank to deduct more amount than homeloan from my Employer s pay roll

I have done an application on debt review with external company,however in the bank i had an arrangement for the bank to deduct more amount than homeloan from my Employer s pay roll. Now the bank reffered my homeloan to Collection even if I was paying more than what the bank requires from me.Note that the bank have my home address and my email to communicate with me.

My homeloan placed on debt review .

I have a homeloan with Nedbank,at some years I went to debt review with all my creditors except My Homeloan.In my proof of my creditors when debt busters were doing negotiations with creditors Nedbank homeloan is not included.Nedbank consultant asked me to send form 7.1W then I asked why did the bank placed me on debt review.My homeloan bond was not adjusted Secondly the bank is taking my Bond money direct from pay roll,that money is twice my Bond money then I do not understand why I am on debt review and my bond is placed under collection at bank.
