I was going to use NFO for my issue with Standard Bank but after hearing Prof Anele Hammond's story and how this NFO did nothing when blatant ***** was taking place, ha!. Be honest guys, how much are the banks paying you to be on their side? Whatever the amount is, remember the whistleblowers who lose their lives because of places like you that allow the rich to *******.

OPENLY BIAS TOWARDS THEIR REGISTRANTS
The NCR are openly bias towards toxic debt counsellors, we as consumers are last on their list of priorities. I lodged a formal complaint in March and only received a reference number in late June. After three long months of waiting they issue a notice of non-referral. If it wasn't for Sorren from Case Legal, I would still be stuck under debt review that I never consented to. Don't rely on these fools guys, they're not good for anything

****MERS STAY AWAY
These ****mers didn't pay my husband's creditors the first three months, took my money that we trusted them to distribute to creditors and caused us to go into arrears?! STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!! They take your money for years and whenever you need to speak to portfolio manager, which is NOT a registered debt counsellor, they are hard to reach. My husband still waiting for a court order since 2020 but every month we pay debt counselling fees which is more than what the NCR has said in their guideline. Zubeida Nusterdien Trading as Ezdebt Solutions (NCRDC3167) are ****mers with no regard for POPIA - everyone stay away!
