Daniel Wellington returns
Returned a parcel for a watch that was not the right size. Now the parcel is lost. No feedback and a loss of R2,690. Don't ever buy anything online with them. Went to the store in Menlyn for assistance and received the worst service with extremely rude personnel.0 replies

Excellent service
Thank you, Kim and Johan, for the incredible fast and friendly service. Our baby was submitted in hospital on Sunday with pneumonia. It was so stressful, but OnePlan paid his hospital stay without any queries. You made our life better, and we appreciate your kindness and service.1 reply
