Absolutely appalled by the service received from Pick n Pay ASAP. My order was placed the DAY BEFORE and still arrived over an hour late with zero communication from their side. I had to personally call in just to get updates because no agent bothered to assist proactively. To make matters worse, the products delivered were defective and unacceptable. Customer service has been shocking from start to finish. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I was questioned about why there was a delay in reporting the damaged items after already dealing with a late delivery and having no guidance from their team on the process. Even after all of this, Pick n Pay still failed to refund all the affected items and continues making customers fight for refunds on spoiled, damaged and incorrect products. Completely unacceptable standards for a major retailer. Customers deserve better.
I would strongly advise against using Lombard Tyres in Blairgowrie. I had 4 brand new tyres fitted to my vehicle, and during the process, the staff also inspected my spare wheel and fitted the tyre onto a BRAND NEW rim so that all 5 wheels would be ready for use. What should have been a simple and professional job turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. While fitting the tyre onto my spare wheel, they damaged the BRAND NEW rim through careless handling. In addition to that, they also scratched another rim on my vehicle with their tyre spinning machine, leaving visible damage that was clearly caused while the car was in their care. This was not wear and tear - this was damage caused directly by negligence and poor workmanship. When I returned to the branch to raise the issue, the experience became even worse. The branch manager was dismissive, extremely rude, and showed no regard for customer service. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no attempt to resolve the matter. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage caused, the issue was simply brushed aside. It is unacceptable to pay for a service, have your property damaged through careless workmanship, and then be treated with complete disrespect when trying to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lombard Tyres to anyone. Poor workmanship, damaged property, careless handling, and shocking customer service.
Absolutely appalled by the service from PostNet. I paid for an overnight delivery because this parcel was urgent and needed to arrive today. Instead, the driver arrived, hooted once, and drove off before I could even get outside to collect it. I was shouting and trying to get his attention, but he simply left. To make matters worse, when I called earlier this morning, I was specifically told the driver would contact me when he was in the area. There was absolutely no communication from the driver at all. Since then, I have attempted to call over 40 times, and not a single call has been answered. So let me get this straight - I paid for an urgent overnight service, there was no proper delivery attempt, no communication, and now no accountability. Trying to contact head office is a joke - the phone just rings with no answer, and no one is available to assist. This is not “overnight delivery.” This is poor service, negligence, and taking payment for a service that was not properly rendered. The parcel was urgent, and if it is not delivered today, I expect a full refund. Extremely disappointed in PostNet. Poor service, poor communication, and zero accountability.
Cresta Cinnabon: Website shows operating hours are till 7:30pm. We walked in at 7:03pm and service was refused stating they closed at 7pm however no trading hours on the door. When told their website says 7:30pm they would still provide no service.
