Went to Cinnabon at Sandton city, we were treated eith such disrespect and ended up leaving the store without being assisted because everybody ignored us. There was a guy taking payments and he ignored us n took a call. A video call while we were busy ordering n left us unattended. The other one came to help n we asked for the manager n he said that one who is on a video call with his girlfriend is the manager n unfortunately there's nothing you can do. We left the store without being assisted still n ended up buying doughnuts next door at Krispy kream

Cinnabon Clearwater, please do better. Selling old dry cinnabons in those prepacked containers and with a smile! What really irritates me is that I bought that stale **** for my kids. I probably won't support this company ever again.

Cresta Cinnabon: Website shows operating hours are till 7:30pm. We walked in at 7:03pm and service was refused stating they closed at 7pm however no trading hours on the door. When told their website says 7:30pm they would still provide no service.

The senior managers treat their stuff so badly that they don't even receive their tips unless it's directly given to them on hand,you are constantly reminded on how they're making you favour to even employ you.the whole organisation is a mess,it's like they're running a ****a shop.if you ever question how they run ******** business,with countless foreigners in SA.the managers Jenine, Shaun and Henno they will make you sure they remove you,next time be kind to the stuff,the whole organisation is runned by clueless seniors. Do not accept any job offers by this company if you value your mental health

I recently bought a box of 6 medium sized cinnabons at Cinnabon Cresta which was very disappointing. I paid R200 for a box that had very stale cinnabons in it. My daughter and I tried to eat them but unfortunately had to throw them away. What a waste of money. Very sad and disappointed. Will definitely not be visiting Cinnabon Cresta again.
