Don't expect support after setting up with them. Zero feedback, after many days of trying to contact them.
Livestock Wealth were not able to comply with their part of the agreement. They did not follow what they promised. They send a letter, stating that I will be receiving my initial investment back. Payouts taking long and every time a phone call was required to get feedback on queries. Investment outcome not guaranteed, and in my case they changed their commitment, so rather consider something else.

Forced to give permission for "personal call" monitoring to use the App on iPhone. This is not for me, as soon as I can I will be moving to anther bank.
Felt like it is my duty to post here about my recent experiences. Multiple withdrawals that required e-mail communication for fund to be paid over. Seems like the "old assets" not performing anymore, I would not know.
Just like the politicians they do not care about *****. The person giving feedback from customer service **** about the way this possible ***** case was handled. I got my money back, but feel sorry for so many others that might loose money as the case "was handled in store". Sure, they covered up with nice flowers and a personal visit, but no feedback on the person or the transaction. Fitting in well in SA, well done!
Scheduled payment failed because the bank says it went of at 3am. Lol. 5 days, still not cleared.
Feedback from the Vredenburg branch was promised by the store manager more that 4 weeks ago, still no feedback on a matter related to a refund the staff performed to a card different to mine.
Today card machine number 5 stopped working. The device is not old. 4 the other 4 devices I received a free replacement, but now the card machine have a R50 per month fee. The fee is not the problem, the way you go about it seems suspicious. I do not think for this happening while I am busy trading without incident, is unnatural. Thank you for the lost sales!!!
