Sibanda Renovations
These guys are the worst. They kept milking me for more material that were not on the quote. They took 4 days, instead of 3 until I threatened them with the law. I have camera footage, videos and photos to prove how shockingly poor the quality of their work and work ethic is. The floors are not level and tiles are not straight. You can even feel the unevenness of the actual tiles when you walk. There was too much wastage of material that was lying all over my property. And when they tried to change the labour fees on the quote, I did not agree and that resulted in them pouring the remaining cement down my drains. I don't understand how they could be listed as a supplier on this site.

False Advertising and incorrect delivery
This is the 4th time that your guys have delivered my order incomplete. Please explain to me how a whole ballet barre is delivered in a small tube? Are you trying to sell me a wooden pole as a whole ballet barre? How long must my child wait for her 2025 Christmas gift? What is it that you need me to do to get the item that I have ordered? Managers and supervisors refuses to see me face to face to try and resolve this. Customer service keeps making empty promises.

Prime is scarring your brand
Prime is not good for your brand. I am utterly disgusted in the treatment. Dishonesty is the order of the day. We are asked to submit a review when we sign up, before we even experience anything, in exchange for a discount. Prime has really disappointed in a big way. When it is claiming time, they are trying absolutely EVERYTHING to get out of it and make you pay for your own repairs. I was bul**** into submitting photos where you cannot see the damage and this is what they used to get a quote. No assessor, no process. Every single text I received from them was a threat that they will cancel my claim. This is a disgrace for the Santam brand.
