Extremely Disappointing Service I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received. My delivery was scheduled for 6 May 2026, which is now more than a week ago, and I am still waiting. What is even more unacceptable is the complete lack of communication. No one has been able to provide me with any feedback on where my delivery is, what the delay is, or when I can expect to receive it. Every attempt to get answers has been unsuccessful. This level of service is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Customers should not have to chase basic information about their own orders. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
Dear Renew It Randburg Management, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company regarding the repair of my vehicle following an accident on 17 February 2025. Despite numerous assurances and extended waiting periods, the service provided has been consistently below acceptable standards. My vehicle was only returned to me on 5 May 2025, nearly three months after the initial incident. Within three days, the car began overheating and had to be returned on 8 May 2025, remaining with your team until 30 May 2025. Furthermore, the right front door was not properly repaired. A large knob was visible, and the door appeared to have been hastily pushed out without proper alignment where it meets the fender. I returned the vehicle again on 7 July 2025 for this issue and was promised it would be ready by 11 July 2025. As of today, 23 July 2025, I am still waiting. Throughout this process, I have experienced: A lack of time and task management Poor productivity and efficiency Missed deadlines and broken promises Inadequate quality control and repair standards This level of service is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I request an immediate update on the status of my vehicle and a clear explanation of the delays. I also expect a commitment to resolving these issues promptly and professionally.
