The worst customer service I have ever experienced with no follow up.
I went to Nedbank to get a settlement on my loan the service was to say the least pathetic the consultant looked at me with a blank face she either was not sure or did not know she tells me to do it from my app and gives me a letter telling me incorrectly how to get it done from my bank app . The consultants are useless and lazy and customer service does not exist. I am going to eventually close my loan and close my account to get away from this so called bank at Festival Mall Kempton Park. Please do everyone a favor and close your doors you are not rendering anyone any service.
