I am deeply aggrieved by our so called medical aid polmed they are really putting us in danger health wise and financially because they are saying we should pay for X rays i believe thats is wrong because we dont choose to go to x rays the doctor refers us for x rays because he or she genuinely sees a problem if they say pay for it without even giving us ample time to prepare what do they think. I feel they are selfish and self centered because they only looking out for their pockets. Now I have to pay for something that was supposed to be covered by them which is totally wrong before implementing things there should be sufficient time given to employees so information reaches them be careful ****mers are nt only outside but in companies we believe in.
Capitec is a bank that I would advise any person who values their money not to join them they are selfish and self centered they dont care about anyone but themselves. I have done everything to prove to them that I had no hand in being ****med or my phone being possible hacked and 2 different loans being made via my biometric but because they dont want to pay out they shift the blame is is me why would I do two different loans same time while I could have made one big loan. I am not happy with them because I am paying money I did not use the blatantly refused to even meet me half way they looking after their own interest. I will continue to spread the word that join or stay with this bank Capitec at ur own risk if I was u I would leave this bank. Actually I left this selfish bank. The only reason I pay these loans is because my credit score will be damaged if it wasn't for it I wouldn't pay it cause I didn't even spend the money.
I am still suffering in the hands of capitec bank this bank is afraid to take responsibility it puts blame on me as if i asked to be ****ed. The put the blame on me for money that I didn't even use. They have insurance when things go wrong for them what about us as their clients they think because I am paying for money that I didn't use means I have accepted and they are wrong I have not accepted anything I just dont want my name to be tarnished cause everything i have done to build my name was pure hard work. I hate capitec because in hard times they will leave u out to dry if my advice to people would be for them to shift their salaries from capitec before its too late they full of ****
Capitec is only looking after their interest and not ours they have insurance when problems arises but when problems come our way they run away from solving the problem or meeting us half way. Around the first week of November someone hacked my app and app**** for loans when I tried logging on to my app it ask me for biometrics twice after opening i notice transfers had been made without my knowledge and I informed Capitec and opened a case they running away from the issue saying everything points to me obviously they used my particulars and a biometrics photo that captured me without knowing what it was for and than end of November money was taken again from my account without my knowledge Capitec refuse to compensate me or meet me half way and I have been with them since I started working i believe Capitec is looking only at their best interest not ours. Be careful of this bank u will cry.
I am very aggrieved at how takealot treated me as their customer. I order items as i usually do with them and received a message that my parcels had arrived.I proceeded and collected all my items. One of the packaged items was a Claybar kit which contained Clay bar and chemical liquid in a plastic container. The Clay bar kit was in its original box and put in another takealot box when I arrived at home I noticed that the takealot box was extremely wet so I opened to investigate that's when I realized that the Claybar kit boss was soaking wet I also opened it and saw that the bottle containing the chemical was completely empty so I returned it to takealot now they telling me ******* to say they won't replace cause it was not damaged so they expect me to just take it lying down no way they are not honest to business people and should be exposed will never order i would rather use Temu cause they never disappoint won't mind pay for customs.
Sassa is really abusing our elderly honestly. We have elders who didn't get money because Sassa is busy trying to cut corners because they want to eat the money this country is ****ed up to the core honestly. If elderly people can struggle like this. I mean why don't they check what ever they want while giving elderly their grants.they have to eat they have to buy medication but our government doesn't give a damn because they also useless.
My experience with olmart was nothing but problematic. I have been trying to cancel my insurance with them but they give me the run around telling me that they are escalating my problem but nothing is been done. I also blame telkom because it's easy for us to join a contract and insurance with them but when we have to go out they come with stupid stories. I would advise anyone thinking of taking Olmart insurance to reconsider ******* insurance.
