Roodepoort branch Bought 3-piece chicken and chips and double chicken roll and chips both portions the chips was raw as well as the chicken, he rolls there was hardly any chicken on the roll it was soggy both these meals cost R79.99 and I don't think it was worth it. I'm so disgusted with what I received today and don't think I can ever support you again
I app**** for home internet services did the application on the 1st April 2025 I had to authorize my debit order that continuously had an technical error so my debit order was not approved for a few days due to the error. On Friday the 4th a lady by the name of Sweetness calles asked if I'm still interested I said yes , she also advised that there was some system error "reason me not being able to approve my debit order" During the called she told me she will check a few things and get back to me within an half an hour and they will send me an sms where I will have to press option 1 for this debit order. she called back I unfortunately missed the call and never heard from her again. Sunday I get a message from Ram saying there have my order and it will be delivered soon with a reference number. Tuesday the 8th of April Ram delivers a device opened it to find it's a pocket router. Later that day I called them to cancel my order " As they have a 14 day turn around time" also by now I'm irritated we didn't get to finish the whole process and I didn't do the debit order. On Wednesday 09 April Ram collects the device. On Thursday my account was debit with almost R300 I called them Friday to notify them my account was debited and I cancelled this contract with immediate effect. I was still cool regarding the matter. Sweetness then called me back saying they awaiting the order back from Ram and also they can see Ram received the device. By Monday 14 April this matter will be resolved. Monday I got and email saying they still awaiting the order from Ram I'm still cool , Tuesday nother , Wednesday I sent an email no response. Tuesday 22 April I called I spoke to a consultant I asked to manager to call me back as they advices they received the device now. Sweetness called and drop the called I sent and email telling them I want my money back in my account as I never authorized and payment going off my account with them. Sweetness then called told me to calm down and be patient her manager is busy with it . Quite again this morning just before 8. I sent and email telling her my money is still not in my account again she said to be patient money will be in my account before Friday but now I'm ****ed with this process as I never gave them authority to debit my account. An Hour later I get a call from a lady saying they got my claim and the money will only be paid within 15 days time... I'm not happy with Vodacom , so fast to take my money now I have to wait for a whole month for my own money to be paid back ... And I never authorized them to take it in the first place.
